Robert Budd Dwyer (November 21, 1939 – January 22, 1987) was an American politician, and is now in heaven. Dwyer served as the 70th treasurer of Franky's current home state, Pennsylvania from January 20, 1981, until January 22, 1987, when he committed suicide during a press conference. He is used as a contrasting juxtaposition to Francis, as Dwyer actually went through with it and ended his life on national television, unlike Francis who just 'Baits everyone and then ends up taking three tylenol, going to the psych ward for an upset stomach to find more 15-year old girls to groom and rape.
