Pedophilia

Pedophilia is a psychiatric disorder crime in which an adult or older adolescent experiences a primary or exclusive sexual attraction to children. There are a lot of pedophiles in Frank's life, including Frank himself, and pedophilia seems to surround him where ever he goes.
