Autoconfirmed Users
An autoconfirmed user is a registered account that meets a basic age and edit requirement. This is a technical user group that exists to limit some features from brand new accounts, typically for anti-spam or anti-vandalism purposes.
Benefits include:
Bypassing CAPTCHA on some actions
Moving pages
Editing semi-protected pages
On this wiki, users become autoconfirmed automatically after their account is a few days old and they’ve made a few edits. No manual promotion is needed.
